The Eva app only supports Norwegian and English

The Eva app only supports Norwegian and English.
Push messages may appear in Norwegian.

For those of you who have iOS (Apple):
- Go to settings
- then "general"
- "language and area"
- Under "preffered language order", add English if it is not already there.

We are working on better language support in English.
