If you are using the Eva water sensor together with smoke detectors from Develco, the sirens in the smoke detectors will sound if the water leakage sensor detects water. The Eva hub is solving this in accordance with ZigBee specification, but as we have received feedback from customers that they want the option to remove this functionality, we are working on a solution to make this optional.

Currently if you have a water alarm and the smoke detectors sound the siren – you can clear out the alarm from the app w/o having to physically mute the smoke detectors.

Follow the steps below to clear out the alarm:

1. Press “Administration” in the bottom right corner of the app
2. Press “Alarms”
3. Press “Mute sirens”
