Zigbee devices and third-party products in Eva
Eva Hub supports Zigbee-certified products. The Eva app displays many of the most generic and commonly used features these products have. However, there may be some features that the Eva app does not display due to the complexity of the feature, or features that are not certified even though the device is Zigbee.

Examples of supported products
How to add third-party products to Eva
- Tap the + sign in the upper-right corner of the Eva Smart Home app.
- Tap Add device.
- Select Other device.
- Put the device into pairing mode (check the user guide or Blakadder’s instructions).
- Follow the remaining steps in the app.
Tip: Tap “The device does not have a QR code” when this appears to make the pairing process go faster.
Resetting the device
