Create a user
After downloading the Eva Smart Home app, you will be prompted to create a new user or log in. Select "Create new user" and fill in the information and confirm your email (check junk box if you haven't received the confirmation email).
What should I do if I can't log in to the app?
If you are unable to log in and the error message is incorrect password or email address, double-check that the email address is correct and use the "Forgot Password" option in the app. Follow the instructions you receive via email.
